Basic gear
Warm-up exercises
It is suggested that you walk in place for 2 to 3 minutes, followed by exercises for stretching the muscles on both legs.
Wind-down exercises

Recommended walking tracks
To encourage the public to incorporate fitness walking into a more active lifestyle, the Leisure and Cultural Services Department has designated 34 walking tracks in all 18 districts in Hong Kong. Find a walking track near your home, get out there and take the first step.
Now you’re all set, so step up to the challenge. Be 9,000 steps closer to good health each day. It’s easier than you think!
