- • You can only update your mobile number and email address if you have a valid one in our records.
- • The updated mobile number and email address would be applied to all your existing products such as cards, insurance, MPF except general insurance and ORSO. To update your contact details for general insurance policies with AXA, please contact AXA directly. To update your contact details in ORSO, log on to online banking or submit the data change request by paper form to your employer.
- • Your mobile number and email address are updated instantly in your profile via the app. However, it can take up to 4 working days for your other accounts (such as cards, insurance, or MPF) to update. Hence, you might receive your statements for these accounts at the old email address until we are able to complete the update across all systems.
