Terms and Conditions for Red Hot WINTERverse Online Game – TamJai Yunnan Mixian & TamJai SamGor Mixian

When can you enjoy the offer

The promotional period for the offer is from 10 November 2022 (09:00) to 19 February 2023 (23:59) (the “Promotional Period”).

What is the offer

During the promotional period, you can get a designated link from the Push Notification function in the Reward+ app to participate in the “Red Hot WINTERverse” online game. Successful game completion will entitle to one e-coupon from either TamJai Yunnan Mixian or TamJai SamGor Mixian (depending on which game you have participated). The e-coupon can be one of the following offers:

TamJai Yunnan Mixian
1. A 2-topping Mixian for free upon purchase of Mixian with 2 or more toppings at full price; or
2. One portion of TuFei Chicken Wings (3 pcs) for free upon purchase of Mixian with 2 or more toppings at full price; or
3. One Black Fungus in Special Chili Sauce (one-person portion) for free upon purchase of Mixian with 2 or more toppings at full price; or
4. One portion of Cucumber in Special Chili Sauce (one-person portion) for free upon purchase of Mixian with 2 or more toppings at full price; or
TamJai SamGor Mixian
1. A 2-topping Mixian for free upon purchase of Mixian with 2 or more toppings at full price; or
2. One portion of TuFei chicken wings (Small) for free upon purchase of Mixian with 2 or more toppings at full price; or
3. One portion of Black Fungus or Fragrant Vinegar Black Fungus for free upon purchase of Mixian with 2 or more toppings at full price; or
4. One portion of Crunchy Cucumber for free upon purchase of Mixian with 2 or more toppings at full price.

Offers will be randomly distributed by the computer. You can use the e-coupon at the Participating Merchants during the redemption period of 10 November 2022 to 31 March 2023.
You can only receive one e-coupon during the entire promotional period.

How you can enjoy the offer

You can enjoy the offer during the promotional period if you:
1. hold an Eligible Credit Card and your credit card account is valid and in good standing during the promotional period and offer redemption period of the e-coupons;
2. have downloaded Reward+, logged on and turned on Push Notification function;
3. have registered for HSBC Personal Internet Banking; and
4. fulfil the requirement of clause (2) stated above.

Read before you enjoy the offer

The e-coupon will be automatically shown on your designated link of the “Red Hot WINTERverse” online game, the e-coupon cannot be cancelled or transferred.
The e-coupons are subject to quota and are available on a first-come-first-served basis while stock lasts.
You can get your designated link to the “Red Hot WINTERverse” online game after 7 days from the day you have turned on the Push Notification in the Reward+ app.
To redeem the e-coupon, you are required to use an Eligible Credit Card at the physical outlets of the Participating Merchants. One transaction can use one e-coupon. The e-coupon is subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the Participating Merchants. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the e-coupon for details.
Each e-coupon can only be used once and cannot be split, and cannot be exchanged for cash, discounts, other goods or services. Used or expired e-coupon will be void and no longer available.
The e-coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts, vouchers and membership offer. (Unless otherwise specified). For details, please contact the Participating Merchants.
All e-coupons are subject to availability or change without prior notice. We accept no liability for any changes to the offers and will not issue notifications separately of any such changes.
We reserve the right to change the offers without prior notice.
All products and services relating to the promotion are directly supplied by the Participating Merchants or third-party suppliers, and we accept no liability for their quality.
If we believe that you have acted in a fraudulent or abusive way, you will not be able to enjoy the offer and we can debit your credit card to take back any offer you have enjoyed, or cancel your credit card.
These terms and conditions and other terms & conditions of the Participating Merchants will apply and may be subject to change. We and the Participating Merchants can change or cancel the offers in this promotion, or amend the terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. Please refer to Reward+ or our website for the latest details, availability and terms and conditions of the offers.
The terms and conditions of the Eligible Credit Card, RewardCash Programme and Reward+ will apply.
In case of dispute arising out of this promotion, We and the Participating Merchants’ decision shall be final and conclusive.
We write the terms and conditions of the offer under Hong Kong laws. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of the promotional materials and these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

What these terms mean

'Eligible Credit Card' means any Hong Kong Dollar personal primary (excluding HSBC iCAN Card), combined additional, separate additional credit cards or UnionPay Dual Currency credit cards (applicable to Hong Kong Dollar sub-account only) issued by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited in Hong Kong (and its successors and assigns).
'Eligible Cardholder' means cardholders who are holding any Hong Kong Dollar personal primary credit cards (excluding HSBC iCAN Card) or UnionPay Dual Currency personal primary credit cards (applicable to Hong Kong Dollar sub-account only) issued by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited in Hong Kong (and its successors and assigns). In terms of the eligible participants of this promotion, our decision shall be final and conclusive.
'Reward+' refers to the HSBC HK Reward+ mobile application.
'Participating Merchants' refer to Jointed-Heart Limited (trading as “TamJai Yunnan Mixian”) and Vennic Limited (trading as “TamJai SamGor Mixian”) in Hong Kong.
