2022 HSBC Mobile Banking “Let’s Log on” Promotional Terms and Conditions:
Promotional Period
- The promotional period for 2022 HSBC Mobile Banking “Let’s Log on” (the “Programme”) is from 3 October 2022 to 31 December 2022 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotional Period”). The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”) (and its successors and assigns) (“HSBC” or the “Bank”) reserves the right to change the Promotional Period at its discretion, and such change and its details would be announced on the respective Programme website.
What are the offers
A. New-to-mobile Offers
- A customer will be entitled to receive HKD50 PayMe discount voucher (SVF license no: SVFB002) (see Clause 14-19 below) and FIVE (5) lucky draw chances to win the Tyson Yoshi x Serrini 《DuoVerse》Music Show tickets (see Clause 4 below) when he/she fulfils the criteria as mentioned under Clause 5 and Clause 6 below.
B. Log on Offer
- A customer will be entitled to receive ONE (1) lucky draw chance to win the Music Show ticket (see Clause 4 below) in October 2022, November 2022, and December 2022 respectively when he/she fulfils the criteria as mentioned under Clause 8 and Clause 9 below.
Music Show tickets
- Eight-thousand and four-hundred (8,400) winners (the “Winners”) will be drawn randomly by computer for a Lucky Draw (the “Lucky Draw”) at the end of the Promotional Period. The allocation of Lucky Draw prizes (the “Prizes”) and their respective numbers of Winners are listed below:

How can you enjoy the offers
A. New-to-mobile Offers
- Customers who are the sole or principal account (for joint accounts only) holders of any HSBC personal bank account (the “Applicable Account”) and fulfil all the following requirements will be considered as eligible customers (the “New-to-mobile Eligible Customers”):
- Be aged 18 or above on 3 October 2022; and
- Have a valid Hong Kong local correspondence address, email address and mobile phone number under the Bank’s record; and
- Be a new to HSBC Mobile Banking App (the “HSBC HK App”) user, i.e. have not been registered, logged on or engaged in any transactions and instructions with the HSBC HK App on or before 3 October 2022.
- Customers can receive HKD50 PayMe discount voucher and FIVE (5) lucky draw chances of the Music Show tickets by completing all of the following steps as listed:
- Successfully sign up once for the Programme by completing the registration via the Bank’s website at www.hsbc.com.hk/letslogon during the Promotional Period; and
- Download and log on to the HSBC HK App during the Promotional Period; and
- Maintain the Applicable Account and PayMe account at the time of the HKD50 PayMe discount voucher fulfilment.
- Eligible Customers who are eligible for both the HKD50 PayMe discount voucher under the “New-to-mobile Offers”, and other offers under any other promotions in respect of downloading and registering as new HSBC HK App user, will only be entitled to receive monetary offer under ONE promotion that is of the highest value at the Bank’s discretion. Eligible Customers will still be able to get the lucky draw chances if respective requirements are met.
B. Log on Offer
- Existing customers who are the sole or principal account (for joint accounts only) holders of any HSBC bank account (the “Applicable Account”) and fulfil all the following requirements will be considered as eligible customers (the “Existing Eligible Customers”):
- Be aged 18 or above on 3 October 2022; and
- Have a valid Hong Kong local correspondence address, email address and mobile phone number under the Bank’s record.
- An Existing Eligible Customer can receive ONE (1) lucky draw chance once per month in October 2022, November 2022, and December 2022 respectively if he/she fulfils the following:
- Successfully sign up once during the promotional period for the Programme by completing the registration via the Bank’s website at www.hsbc.com.hk/letslogon; and
- Log on to the HSBC HK App in respective month; and
- View “Budget” tab on the HSBC HK App in respective month.
- Customers can enjoy both New-to-mobile Offers and Log on Offer if they fulfil the requirements of both offers respectively.
Read before enjoying the offers
- An Eligible Customer’s personal information in the Bank’s record must be updated and valid during the Promotional Period and at the time of offer fulfilment in order for the Eligible Customer to be entitled to the offers.
- The Winners will be notified by correspondence (the “Winner Announcement eDM”) which will be sent on or before 31 January 2023 to each Winner’s email address according to Bank’s record at the time of fulfilment.
- An Eligible Customer must maintain the Applicable Account, Personal Internet Banking service and HSBC HK App at the time of the offer fulfilment.
- The total HKD50 PayMe discount voucher for the entire Promotional Period will be credited to the customers’ PayMe wallet on or before 28 February 2023 according to the Bank’s record at the time of the fulfilment of the New-to-mobile Offers.
- The discount voucher will be applied automatically to any Eligible Transaction complying with the following conditions:
- the transaction must be HKD50 or more using PayMe at any PayMe merchant;
- the discount voucher is consumed before the expiry date of 31 December 2023; and
- the PayMe wallet benefiting from the discount voucher must not be suspended or terminated.

- Customers can only consume one discount voucher for each Eligible Transaction.
- The discount voucher may be transferred by the Eligible User to another PayMe user via the Share function on the PayMe app. Once shared with another PayMe user, the Bank shall have no liability in this respect.
- In case of a refund (full or partial) initiated by customer or merchant after the transaction at which a discount voucher is consumed, the Bank retains the right to withdraw the discount voucher or debit the amount credited to a PayMe wallet from the discount voucher.
- The Bank will not further notify the customers on the HKD50 PayMe discount voucher fulfilment regardless of the fulfilment status.
- The Bank reserves the right to replace the Prizes and HKD50 PayMe discount voucher with any alternative gift without prior notice.
- The Prizes (or any alternative gift) offered under this Lucky Draw cannot be transferred to others and converted to cash.
- The Bank has the sole and absolute discretion in determining a person’s eligibility to receive the Offer. If the Bank discovers at any time, whether after or during the Promotional Period, that any person has failed to comply with these terms and conditions, the Bank is entitled to disqualify the person from participating in the Programme and receiving the offers.
- The Bank further reserves the right to exclude an Eligible Customer who violates these terms and conditions, tampers with the Programme, engages in abusive, deceit or fraudulent behavior in relation to the Programme or makes false representations or statements or violates applicable law or regulations. If an Eligible User is excluded, the Offers and Prizes may be subsequently revoked and reclaimed.
- It is the Eligible Customer’s responsibility to comply (at their own expense) with any laws requiring payment of any tax, duty, levy or similar impost relating to the award of the Cashback, and the Bank shall have no responsibility in respect thereof.
- In the event of any dispute arising from the Programme, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.
- The Bank reserves the right to change these terms and conditions and terminate the Programme at any time. The latest details of the Programme and the revised terms and conditions will be made available on our website as soon as practicable.
- The Programme is held within Hong Kong. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong and each Eligible Customer submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
- In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
