INTRODUCTION

Since 2019, HSBC Life has organised the HSBC Life Insurance Innovation Competition to encourage young talents to develop innovative ideas for the insurance industry. In 2025 competition, we received near 50 proposals involving around 200 students from universities in Hong Kong, with the winners getting the opportunity to join the HSBC Hong Kong Student Work Placement and their ideas to potentially be developed and implemented.
